Ceremony in the Convocation House
Suggested Hire Time: 12:00 – 15:00
Maximum Guests: 100
Rooms: Convocation House & Chancellors Court
Fee:
2024 – £3,250
2025 – £3,500
2026 – £3,750
Included:
• Experienced Wedding Coordinator offering venue & supplier guidance, and support throughout the process.
• Dedicated venue Staff on the day
• Private entrance to the Bodleian for your guests
Suggested Timings:
12:00 Start of Hire Time, any suppliers who you have hired can arrive from this time
12:30 Guests Arrive via the Chancellors Court and take their seat in the Convocation House
13:00 Ceremony Begins in the Convocation House
13:30 Ceremony Concludes
13:30 Drinks Reception in the Convocation House and Chancellors Court
14:30 Drinks Reception Concludes and guests to have departed
15:00 End of Hire Time
Ceremony in the Divinity School
Suggested Hire Time: 11:30 – 15:30
Maximum Guests: 150
Rooms: Divinity School, Convocation House & Chancellors Court
Fee:
2024 – £5,500
2025 – £6,000
2026 – £6,500
Included:
• Experienced Wedding Coordinator offering venue & supplier guidance, and support throughout the process.
• Dedicated venue Staff on the day
• Private entrance to the Bodleian for your guests
Suggested Timings:
11:30 Start of Hire Time and chair set up in the Divinity School. Any suppliers you have booked can arrive from this time.
12:30 Guests Arrive in the Divinity School and take their seat
13:00 Ceremony Begins in the Divinity School
13:30 Ceremony Concludes
13:30 Drinks Reception in the Divinity School, Convocation House and Chancellors’ Court
14:30 Drinks Reception Concludes and guests to have departed
15:30 End of Hire Time
