Maximum Guests: 100 Ceremony / 120 Dinner / 150 Evening

2024 – £20,000
2025 – £22,000
2026 – £24,000
Included:
• Experience Wedding Coordinator offering venue & supplier guidance, and support throughout the process.
• Dedicated venue Staff on the day
• Private entrance to the Bodleian for your guests
• Audio set-up and uplighters for your Band or DJ
Suggested Timings:
13:00 Start of Hire Time, set up begins in the Convocation House
13:30 Guests Arrive to take their seats in the Convocation House
14:00 Ceremony Begins in the Convocation House
14:30 Ceremony Concludes
14:35 Guests enter Sheldonian for drinks reception
17:45 Call For Dinner in the Divinity School
18:00 Dinner Service to Commence
20:00 Dinner Service To Conclude
20:00 Speeches & Cake
20:30: Music to Begin / Bar to Open (option to use Sheldonian for dancing)
23:15 Last Orders
23:30 Bar Closes
23:45 Music to Conclude
