What’s on?

On 3 and 4 November 2020, we will be hosting our very first virtual wedding showcase! As with everything this year, adjusting to the new way of living has meant that we have had to re-think the way that our wedding showcases will go ahead. This has been a huge learning curve for all of us, and we are very excited to turn this into an event that aims to answer your questions about weddings at the Bodleian. It will also provide you with the opportunity to meet and engage with our fantastic partners, many of whom will be eager to tell you about who they are, what they do and how they will make your wedding day at the Bodleian a special one.

How will it work?

On both days, partners will have a 5-10 min slot to introduce themselves and share their work with you. This will take place on Teams Live. (Click here to sign-up) After their moment in the limelight – a Q&A opportunity will open up, where you will be welcome to pick their brains. If you have a more complex question for a supplier, then we encourage you to email or message them direct on Instagram.

Can’t make it?

No worries at all. We will be highlighting the work of our suppliers on our Instagram stories. These will be available for up to 24 hours.
Alternatively, perhaps you just want to drop in when a specific Bodleian partner is going live? Using the timings below, you will see when they are on. This will also be available in the programme and we will send this out to you a couple of weeks ahead of the event.

How do I sign up?

Head to the Bodleian Weddings website to sign-up to this online event. It is admission free.

Things to note:

-Have a smartphone/PC at the ready to access the Teams Live link

– As an attendee, you will not be seen or heard on Teams Live so the only way you can interact with people is via the Q&A box. This will be moderated

-Use this opportunity in the same way you would at a real wedding showcase. Be nosy, we dare you!
